MEETING NOTICE

• The Personnel Committee, by and through its authorized representatives, will meet in open session to conduct an initial exchange of proposals between Forest County and the Forest County Deputy Sheriff’s Association, Local 114, Labor Association of Wisconsin.
• Following the initial exchange of proposals, pursuant to Wisconsin Statute Section 19.82(1), the County’s bargaining team may negotiate with representatives of Local 114, in private.
• The County’s bargaining team may convene into closed session one or more times during this meeting, pursuant to Section 19.85 (1)(e), Wis. Stats., for conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, specifically, to caucus and further develop negotiation strategies for collective bargaining with Local 114.
