ABSOLUTE LAST DAY FOR OPEN CLASS ENTRIES TO BE RECEIVED. Preferred date is August 29th. No late or last minute entries can be accepted.

Thursday, September 8, 2016
3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Youth and Open Class buildings will open to accept exhibits/entries. Tags can be picked up in the building. Department heads will be in place to assist.

Friday, September 9, 2016
8:00 a.m. Youth and Open Class Judging
4:00 p.m. Carnival Rides by Earl’s Rides
5:00 p.m. Opening Ceremony featuring Cowboys and Gypsies Trick Riders
5:30 p.m. Registration for Adult Talent Contest
6:00 p.m. Adult Talent Contest – Come prepared to showcase your talent!
Followed by Entertainment provided by Special Moments DJ Service

Saturday, September 10, 2016
8:30 a.m. Animal Judging/Showmanship
10:00 a.m. Cowboys and Gypsies – Trick Riders Show
Children’s and Family Activities – Throughout day (Gunny sack races, threelegged race, etc.)
10:30 a.m. 4-H and Open Horse Judging
11 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Ag Olympics/Children’s Games
Featuring timed farm chores such as bale toss, firewood pick-up, walk-the plank carrying buckets of water, tack-the-horse (placing saddle, bridle, etc. on a saw horse), egg collecting, wheel barrow obstacle course, etc.) Games will be timed with children’s and an adult division. We will have an adapted tiny tot course this year as well. Tug-O-War Team Competitions
1:00 p.m. Carnival by Earl’s Rides
2 p.m. – 6 p.m. Wristbands
1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Old Fashioned Country Music
